Exchange withdrawal fee vs network fee: a USDT checklist
平台提币费是平台向账户收取的费用，链上网络费支付给网络交易处理者。两者相关但不一定相等。平台提币预览可能已经包含网络成本，不能再把链上记录中的费用机械相加。
An exchange withdrawal fee is charged to your account by the platform. A network fee pays for processing an on-chain transaction. They can differ; the withdrawal quote may already include network costs. Do not automatically add the transaction explorer fee again.
先核对能否正确收到
确认同一种资产、发送网络与接收网络一致；不要只看USDT名称或地址外形。核对合约地址（如适用）、地址、memo/tag、最低充值额、确认数和充提是否开放。无法确定就先查官方说明，不转账。
Check compatibility before comparing costs
Match the asset and the exact sending/receiving network, not just the USDT ticker or address appearance. Check token contract where applicable, address, memo/tag, deposit minimum, confirmations and availability. If uncertain, consult official documentation before transferring.
再看费用从哪里扣
模拟一：输入转出100 USDT、费用1 USDT从其中扣除，预计到账99。模拟二：希望到账100、费用另收1，总扣款101。平台页面含义可能不同，以预览的总扣款和预计到账为准；这些不是任何平台当前报价。
Read how the fee is deducted
Hypothetical case A: request 100 USDT with a 1 USDT fee deducted from it, expected receipt 99. Case B: receive 100 with an additional 1 fee, total debit 101. Read the platform preview; these are not current venue quotes.
自托管钱包与多跳费用
钱包转账可能需要该网络的原生代币支付gas；不要把gas币数量当USDT金额。若需换算，记录价格与时间。跨链桥、兑换和后续钱包转账可能各有单独成本与风险，不因网络便宜就切换到接收方不支持的网络。
Self-custody and multi-step costs
A wallet transfer may require the network native token for gas. Its token amount is not a USDT amount; record a price and timestamp if converting. Bridges, swaps and later wallet sends can add separate costs and risks. Never choose an unsupported network just because it is cheaper.

先查接收平台充值条件，再查发送平台网络与提币预览，逐项记录扣款资产、总扣款、平台费、是否包含网络成本、预计到账和时间。核实支持后可按自身情况小额测试，但测试会额外产生费用且不能保证后续到账。
A complete verification sequence
Check receiving deposit conditions, then sending network and preview. Record debit asset, total debit, platform fee, included network costs, expected receipt and timestamp. A small test may add fees and cannot guarantee later transfers; compatibility checks still come first.
